Holistic Heart Home Health was born from a vision: to bridge the gap between traditional skilled nursing care and the growing demand for holistic, non-pharmacological therapies.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in nursing, with a focus in care management, and care coordination, our founder recognized that patients need more than medical interventions alone. With a passion for holistic, integrative care and a deep commitment to meeting patients where they are, Holistic Heart was created to bridge traditional nursing with whole-person wellness.
Too often, patients recovering at home faced two extremes—conventional medical care that addressed symptoms but overlooked wellness, or holistic approaches that lacked the clinical oversight and accountability of nursing. Holistic Heart was created to bring these worlds together.

We exist to make healing accessible, safe, and personal—whether through skilled nursing visits, infusion therapies, post-operative recovery support, or advanced programs like electroanalgesia, microcurrent therapy, vagus nerve stimulation, and IV nutritional support. We believe that healthcare shouldn’t be limited by walls or schedules. That’s why we developed concierge nursing services and the Mobile Care Cruiser—a luxury on-the-go wellness experience that ensures patients receive care when and where they need it most.

Executive Director & Chief Nurse
Monique Lucas serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Nursing Officer of Holistic Heart Home Health, where she leads with over 20 years of diverse nursing experience spanning Pediatric ICU, Cardiac ICU, Neonatal ICU, Emergency Medicine, Postpartum Care, and Care Management. Her career in care coordination and management shaped her belief that patients deserve more than episodic treatment—they need whole-person care that blends traditional nursing with holistic therapies. This vision inspired the creation of Holistic Heart, a home health company designed to meet patients where they are with compassionate, innovative, and accessible care. In her dual role as CEO and CNO, Monique drives both the clinical excellence and strategic growth of Holistic Heart, overseeing operations, compliance, and the integration of non-pharmacological therapies such as electroanalgesia, microcurrent therapy, IV nutritional support, and concierge nursing through the Mobile Care Cruiser. Monique is committed to transforming home health into a model of care that prioritizes compassion, innovation, and accessibility—empowering patients to heal, recover, and thrive in the comfort of their homes.

Terrod Lucas serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Holistic Heart Home Health, where he oversees all financial operations, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. With a strong background in financial management and operational leadership, Terrod brings expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and sustainable growth strategies that ensure Holistic Heart delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining long-term stability. Passionate about supporting innovative healthcare models, Terrod plays a key role in aligning Holistic Heart’s mission with sound financial practices. Camryn Lucas is the Marketing Director of Holistic Heart Home Health, where she leads brand strategy, digital marketing, and community engagement. Currently pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing, Camryn brings fresh insight and creativity to the healthcare space—helping Holistic Heart connect with patients, families, and providers in meaningful ways. His role includes coordinating outreach initiatives, and developing promotional strategies that highlight both the traditional home health services and the innovative holistic programs offered by Holistic Heart. With a strong foundation in leadership and communication, Camryn ensures that the company’s message of compassionate, accessible, and integrative care reaches the communities it serves.
